1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Since each bouquet is handcrafted and made on order, prepaid helps ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.

2. Why are all orders prepaid?

All our products are customized and crafted specifically for each order. Prepaid orders allow us to maintain quality, avoid last-minute cancellations, and deliver a seamless gifting experience.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer 100% secure payments via Razorpay, PhonePe, and CCAvenue.

You can pay using UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

4. Are your products ready-made or made on order?

All our bouquets and gifts are handcrafted and made on order, ensuring each piece is unique and specially created for your occasion.

5. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery timeline is 3–5 days.

For faster delivery, we offer expedited processing with delivery in 1–3 days, depending on your location.

6. Can I request delivery for a specific date?

You can share your preferred delivery timeline while placing your order or via WhatsApp. While exact date delivery cannot be guaranteed, we’ll provide a tentative delivery window and try our best to accommodate your request.

7. What if there is a delay in delivery?

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline provided. However, in rare situations due to external logistics factors, slight delays may occur. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated and ensure timely resolution.

8. What are your delivery methods?

We ship through reliable courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, and Delhivery to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, tracking details will be shared within 24–48 hours. You can use the tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.

10. Can I customize my order?

Yes, many of our products can be customized. For special requests, you can connect with us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

11. What if my order arrives damaged?

Every order is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event of damage, we request you to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening and share with us via email: shopyourflowersnow@gmail.com

This allows us to review the issue and provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

13. Do you offer returns or cancellations?

Since all products are made-to-order, cancellations or returns are not applicable once the order is processed. However, if there’s any issue with your order, feel free to contact us.

Yes, we offer Pan India delivery.
